This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes the procedures and conditions under which AbhaMart E-Commerce Services Pvt. Ltd. (“AbhaMart”, “we”, “our”, “us”) facilitates product delivery to customers purchasing through the AbhaMart platform (mobile app or website).
AbhaMart serves as a digital intermediary connecting customers, retailers, wholesalers, and delivery partners.
All shipping, delivery, and logistics operations are handled either by the respective sellers or authorized logistics providers appointed by AbhaMart.
By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.
AbhaMart currently delivers to most major cities and towns in India.
Serviceable pin codes are displayed during checkout.
Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery options or extended timelines.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Sellers are required to dispatch products within 1–3 business days of order placement unless otherwise specified.
Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
In case of stock unavailability, the customer will be informed, and a full refund may be issued.
AbhaMart partners with certified third-party logistics (3PL) providers for order fulfillment, including but not limited to:
BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express, and other regional courier services.
Depending on the product category, value, and location, shipping may be carried out through:
Standard Shipping: Regular delivery via registered courier.
Express Shipping: Expedited delivery (additional charges apply).
Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery through local retailers (available in select areas).
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and seller’s policy.
Promotional offers or “Free Shipping” may be applicable on selected products or order values.
In cases where multiple sellers are involved in one order, shipping charges may be applied separately for each seller.

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, strikes, natural calamities, or high order volumes.
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/app notification.
Orders can be tracked in real-time within the “My Orders” section of the AbhaMart app.
If tracking details are unavailable or incorrect, please allow 24 hours for the courier to update the information.
The courier will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable, a call or message will be sent to reschedule.
If delivery still fails, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”, and a partial refund (excluding shipping) may be processed.
Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.
If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or opened, do not accept it and immediately inform AbhaMart support.
In case the package is accepted and later found defective, customers must file a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as evidence.
For eligible return requests, the product must be repacked securely in its original condition.
The reverse pickup will be arranged by AbhaMart or the seller as per policy.
In case reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship, and the cost will be reimbursed (as per policy limits).
