1. Overview

At ABHA MART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase through our platform meets your expectations in terms of quality, authenticity, and value.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear, fair, and transparent Refund & Return Policy to help you.

This policy applies to all transactions made through www.abhamart.in, our mobile application, and any other official sales channel operated by ABHA MART Private Limited.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not working properly.

  • You received a different item than what you ordered.

  • The product is missing accessories or parts mentioned in the description.

  • The product is expired (for consumables, cosmetics, or food items).

  • The product was not delivered within the estimated delivery time and the customer wishes to cancel.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in unused and original condition.

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and original bills/invoices must be intact.

  • The return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once sold, including:

  • Beauty, Personal Care, and Hygiene Products (unless damaged or defective).

  • Food & Beverages, Groceries, and Perishables.

  • Underwear, Innerwear, or Personal-use clothing.

  • Digital Products, Gift Cards, or E-vouchers.

  • Customized or Made-to-Order items.

  • Large Furniture or Installation-based Products after delivery/assembly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up or verified, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds will be made through:

  • Original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

  • Wallet credit in the Abha Mart App Wallet (if opted by customer).

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer after pickup confirmation.

  • Abha Wallet: Instant credit after refund approval.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Login to your Abha Mart account or contact Customer Support.

  2. Select the product and reason for return.

  3. Upload clear photos (if the product is defective/damaged).

  4. Schedule pickup through our logistics partner (where applicable).

  5. Once verified, refund or replacement will be initiated.

If the pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers can self-ship the product to our nearest hub. Shipping costs for valid returns will be reimbursed.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

  • If an order is already shipped, cancellation is not allowed; however, you can request a return after delivery.

  • Vendor-specific orders (customized or bulk) may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

  • In case of non-availability of stock, Abha Mart reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

7. Vendor / Seller Returns

Abha Mart operates as a marketplace, allowing multiple verified sellers to list their products.
Each seller follows Abha Mart’s return guidelines; however, seller-specific terms may apply.

If any dispute arises between customer and vendor, Abha Mart’s Resolution Team will mediate to ensure a fair outcome within 10 business days.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives in damaged condition or with a missing item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via app or email.

  • Provide clear images of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Replacement or refund will be issued after verification.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Return request placed beyond the allowed period.

  • Product returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Unauthorized purchases made through third-party channels.

Abha Mart reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
All disputes related to refund, return, or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) courts only.
